How can I place an Order?

Do you offer installation?

If you are based in Klang Valley, we offer a number of installation packages including half day, full day, and multi day installation. If you are outside of Klang Valley, a date can be scheduled for the installation. These can be added at checkout and will be calculated depending on the size of your order. We also offer full bespoke commercial gym design before installation including consultation, 3D and video designs, site visit and risk assessment. After we install your products we also offer rubbish removal and excellent aftercare packages.


How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept credit or debit cards online through toyyibpay and stripe. Should you wish to pay via bank transfer please contact us at +60103375051 or strengthsupplycompany@gmail.com , who will send over a pro-forma invoice with our bank details. We also offer leasing options for commercial gyms and businesses. Please contact us for full information.


What is your ordering process? 

For Malaysian and Singaporean customers, you can order products through our website. Should you require installation, you can contact us at +60103375051 or through WhatsApp of the same number.


What is the expected delivery time of my order?

Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, we would like to inform you that all items are available for preorder. The estimated delivery timeframe for preordered items is typically within 4 to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ensure a timely delivery of your chosen products. Ready stock items will be stated.


My order is missing an item/s? 

We are sorry to hear that you are missing an item from your order, please email strengthsupplycompany@gmail.com and provide your postal code, invoice number and the description of your missing items and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible. 



Shipping Policy

1. We would like to inform you that all items are available for preorder. Items that are ready stock will be stated. The estimated delivery timeframe for preordered items is typically within 4 to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ensure a timely delivery of your chosen products.

3. All deliveries are made Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm. We advise having at least two bodies available to help the courier with larger or heavy deliveries. Arrangement for delivery will be made one day before delivery, do inform and arrange a suitable time to receive your items. At the event of missing the delivery, there will be redelivery charges. Please note, Strength Supply Co advise against one man delivery for larger or heavy orders.

4. Our delivery service encompasses ground floor deliveries exclusively. If you intend to relocate the equipment to higher floors, please be advised that there will be a separate charge applicable for this service. This differentiation in charges accounts for the additional effort and resources required to transport items beyond the ground level.

4. It's important to note that minor scratches and dents are a common occurrence when dealing with heavy items. We would like to inform you that such cosmetic imperfections, while regrettable, will not qualify for replacement or refund. Please understand that these blemishes do not impact the functional integrity of the product. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.

5. In the unfortunate situation where parts or items are missing, or if substantial damage impacts the functionality of the product or equipment, we are here to assist you. Please reach out to us via email or phone to initiate the replacement process. Our dedicated team will guide you through the necessary steps to swiftly address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Our installation service typically involves a two-person team and is scheduled in advance. Normally, installations are completed within 7 to 10 days of booking. Your convenience is our priority, and we aim to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.

7. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive two-month warranty for all products featured in our listing. This warranty underscores our commitment to the quality and functionality of our offerings. Should you encounter any issues within this timeframe, rest assured that our team is ready to provide the necessary assistance to address your concerns.



Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We at Strength Supply Co strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of fitness equipment, you may be eligible for a refund subject to the terms outlined in this policy.


Return Period

You may initiate a request for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund.


Eligible Products

Please be aware that, due to the inherent challenges associated with shipping heavy items, we regret to inform you that scratches and minor dents on the product's surface will not be eligible for refunds. We understand that such cosmetic imperfections can occur during transit, and while we take every precaution to ensure safe packaging, the nature of transporting weighty items can occasionally result in minor aesthetic flaws. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. For a refund request to be considered, the product must demonstrate a compromise in its functional capabilities. We require that the product's core functionality is affected to a significant degree. This criterion ensures that refunds are provided for substantial issues that hinder the intended purpose of the item.


Refund Process

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

  2. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the necessary steps, including providing you with a return authorization if your request is eligible.

  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.


Inspection and Approval
