The Zero Gap Adjustable Weight Bench is a robust, adjustable bench featuring the zero-gap feature. Slide the seat forward and backward to eliminate the gap between the seat and back pad in all positions. This bench hits seven back angles (from flat to 90 degrees) and five seat angles (-15 to 45 degrees). Add the optional leg roller attachment for decline options all the way to -75 degrees. Easily and safely adjust angles with the anodized aluminum pop-pins. The bench is hardcore, with an 3mm thick steel frame, durable paint, and the capacity for 450KG.
